Chung Jung One Corn Syrup 700gr / 700g
Chung Jung One corn syrup is made with 100% corn starch. It is transparent and has thick texture, so it doesn't change the color of the original good and it gives a nice shine. It is used a lot in Korean dishes for stir fry, braising, seasoning and grilling to add a hint of sweetness and shiny glaze and soften texture.
