The natural goodness of Chee Seng 100% Pure Sesame Oil is produced from the finest quality sesame seeds. Adding aroma and flavour to almost any food, it can be used for marinades, vinaigrettes, sauces, dressings, soups, stews, or even to stir-fry.

What is it?

Asian Sesame oil is pressed from peeled, roasted sesame seeds. There are two types of sesame seeds: black and white. It smells and tastes pretty strongly to nuts. Pure sesame oil from Chee Seng is 100 percent pure sesame oil. It is concentrated sesame oil which means that the smell and taste of the oil is much more intense than other sesame oil. In contrast to the Asian sesame oil, Western sesame oil is very soft in taste. This is because it has been pressed unpeeled and unroasted: cold pressing.

How to use?

Pure sesame oil is mainly used to flavor a dish and finally added to the dish. It is also not recommended to stir-fry or bake with sesame oil. Sesame oil burns faster than any other oil. Sesame oil can be used with all kinds of dishes. A few drops of pure sesame oil brings the dish to taste sensation.
