Lontong rijst is kleefrijst verpakt in geperforeerde zakjes. Breng ruim water aan de kook. Doe de zakjes met kleefrijst in de pan en laat de lontong circa 60 minuten gaar koken. Giet daarna het water af en laat de lontong goed koud worden. Verwijder de zakjes en snijd de lontong in plakjes of blokjes.
