Yu mein noodle or oil noodle are portioned, yellowish noodles made from wheat flour, salt, tapioca flour and water.The name oil noodles does not mean that there is oil in the dough, but that the noodles shine and yellowish in color.
Yu mein noodle is prepared as noodle soup.Bring the noodles to boiling for 3-4 minutes in boiling water.Loosen the noodles during cooking, then drain the noodles and are ready for further preparation.
