Tai Hua's Premium Light Soy Sauce has a typical natural fermented aroma, and a well balanced flavour of saltiness, sweetness and tartness.



The sauce is produced from carefullyselected soybean, wheat and salt. It is prepared from a completefermentation brewing process under controlled conditions. It is free fromadded hydrolyzed plant protein.

Light soy sauce is made from fermented soybeans with wheat, salt, water and yeast.The light soy sauce is ripened briefly and is therefore lighter in color and taste, but more salty.Premium light Soy sauce from Tai Hua has more intense soy sauce than the normal soy sauce because of its special preparation.
It is added as a seasoning to all kinds of dishes and marinades.This is in contrast to dark soy sauce which is usually not used for the taste but for the color.Light soy sauce can also be used as a dipping sauce, possibly in combination with other seasonings.
