Deze saus wordt gemaakt van gefermenteerde sojabonen en tarwe en rijpt aanzienlijk korter dan donkere sojasaus.
Het is een veelzijdig basisingrediënt dat aan soepen, roerbakgerechten en gesmoorde of gestoofde gerechten kan worden toegevoegd.
Light soy sauce is made from fermented soybeans with wheat, salt, water and yeast.The light soy sauce is ripened briefly and is therefore lighter in color and taste, but more salty.Light Soy Sauce from PRB has a more intense soy sauce than the normal soy sauce because of its special preparation.
It is added as a seasoning to all kinds of dishes and marinades.This is in contrast to dark soy sauce which is usually not used for the taste but for the color.Light soy sauce can also be used as a dipping sauce, possibly in combination with other seasonings.
