This versatile Organic noodle green tea flav.in other words, somen can be prepared as noodle soup or as a cold noodle dish.Bring the somen for 3 minutes in boiling water to the boil then add some cold water and let it boil for another 1 min.Then drain the noodles and rinse with cold water.Then it is ready for further preparation.
