Preserved radish is a mixture of pickled pieces of crispy rettich, herbs and chilies.Because of the full and aromatic taste it is very popular in Chinese cuisine.
Preserved radish can be served both cold and warm.It is used as a seasoning for steam, wok and stir-fries, or serving cold in noodle and rice dishes.Due to the intense and salty taste it is advisable not to use too much of it.
